Discuss the concept of balancing performance across the BSC components to achieve the health care organization’s mission and strategic objectives.

The balanced scorecard (BSC), which was first introduced by Kaplan and Norton in 1992 has been gradually adopted by health care organizations (HCOs) as a tool to drive performance (Kaplan & Norton, 1992). This balanced approach takes into account the multiple variables that determine an HCO’s success without placing a greater emphasis on any one variable.Complete the following for this assignment:Write a paper evaluating the value of the balanced scorecard as a tool for assessing and improving organizational performance in a health care organization.Discuss the concept of balancing performance across the BSC components to achieve the health care organization’s mission and strategic objectives. After your review of the literature, indicate whether you agree with this approach. The ongoing tension between relativism and universalism in debates over international human rights provides another crucial piece of the puzzle in understanding the gap between rhetoric and reality in the promotion of health as a human right. As we will see, this tension is connected in integral ways to the conceptual challenges that hinder global consensus on human rights, outlined in the previous section. Universalism is a perspective that suggests that moral values are—or should be—the same across time and space. Applied to human rights, universalism suggests that fundamental human rights are the same, irrespective of particular historical, religious, cultural, or another social context. Relativism is a perspective based on the belief that moral values are—or should be—contingent on specific historical, religious, cultural, or other social contexts. A relativist perspective on human rights suggests that definitions and interpretations of human rights vary across cultures and societies.

Your task in this assignment is to construct the best argument you can for a postion on a controversial topic.  Your arguement should be your own creation.  You may take inspiration from other arguemnts, but the information of the arguement you present should be original to you.
Prepare:  Choose your topic
1.  Is it ever permissable to torture a person?
2.  Shoud athletes be allowed to use performance-enhancing drugs (such as steroids or EPO) or techniques such as (blood doping or oxygen tanks?
3.  Should universal healthcare be available to all regardless of their ability to pay in the same way that other services (such as education) are available to all for free?
4.  Does social media enhance or hinder interpersonal relationships?
5.  Is it important to teach the arts and humanities to children?
Construct an arguement for a position on one of those topics.  This is the position that you will defend in your Final paper.  Make your argument as high quality as possible.  In particular, make sure that all your premises are true and that the truth of the conclusion is demonstrated by your premises.
Consider possilbe objections to yur argument, and revise it several times ntil you have an arguement that is as stong as possible.
Constructing quality arguements is harder than it sounds, you may find that your first attempts have problems and that it takes quite a bit of time  and effort to revise an arguemnt to a point that premises adequately support the conclusion.  You will be revising this argement for each of the remaining assingments in this class.
