 Your StatementAudience Behavior  Allowing workers to telecommute at least one day a week can lead to increased employee productivity. One audience member crossed their arms and looked at the clock on the wall.   Telecommuting saves gasoline and helps reduce traffic and air pollution. A few audience members maintain eye contact with you and nod.   Allowing employees to telecommute potentially allows employers to reduce their real estate footprint. About half the audience members look confused.   Setting up a home office and adhering to a normal work schedule is one way to be productive when working from home. Most audience members look interested, and a few sit up straight and have questioning expressions.     Audience analysis after the speech: After you finish your speech, you go into the lobby where refreshments are being served. As you wait in line, one of the audience members approaches you and says:
“I enjoyed your speech. There are a few points that you made that I am not sure I agree with, but overall I can see some potential value in allowing employees to telecommute one day per week. Can you recommend any sources where I might be able to find data to show to some other managers at my company that support your claim that allowing workers to telecommute can lead to increased productivity?”

Maladaptive responses to disorders are compensatory mechanisms that ultimately have adverse health effects for patients. For instance, a patient’s allergic reaction to peanuts might lead to anaphylactic shock, or a patient struggling with depression might develop a substance-abuse problem. To properly diagnose and treat patients, advanced practice nurses must understand both the pathophysiology of disorders and potential maladaptive responses that some disorders cause.
Consider immune disorders, such as HIV, psoriasis, inflammatory bowel disease, and systemic lupus E. What are resulting maladaptive responses for patients with these disorders?

Kidneys are part of the excretory system (urinary system). This system is associated with excretion of metabolic waste products and formation and excretion of urine. Other organs of the system are ureters, urinary bladder and urethra.

Liver is a part of the alimentary system (other name is digestive system). This system has two main parts : Digestive tract and digestive glands. From mouth to anus all organs (mouth, esophagus, stomach, small intestine, large intestine, rectum and anus) form a tract, which is called digestive tract. Salivary glands, Liver and pancreas are part of digestive glands.
As the name suggests the is associated with digestion, absorption and metabolism of nutrients. Liver forms bile, which is essential for fat digestion and absorption. And liver is the organ of metabolism. So it belongs to alimentary (digestive) system.

What is the difference between the prefrontal cortex and frontal lobe?

Prefrontal cortex is a part of frontal lobe.
Our cerebral hemisphere is divided into 4 lobes : frontal, parietal, temporal and occipital. Among these lobes the frontal lobe is the largest. Here is a picture:
Each lobe is further divided in functional areas. The frontal lobe like other lobes has several functional areas. Functional areas are the areas of brain associated with specific functions. One of the functional area of frontal lobe is prefrontal cortex or prefrontal area. This area is associated with concentration, emotion and other higher brain functions.
