Describe a current situation

Describe a current situation (problem, crime, etc.) where you believe that moral panic is erupting, and something “must” be done about it.  Describe the threat, the public’s’ reaction to it, and what must be “done” to prevent or control it (e.g. law, policy, rule, etc.)
