Paper on Theory

As human service professionals, we develop our service style based on theories of human development and group dynamics.  Our text lists some theories that impact our profession.  Choose a theory that most fits what you will use in servicing your population as a human service provider.  Begin by describing the theory and your reason for choosing the theory.  The bulk of your paper should be how you would implement this theory.  Refer to research and how others have used your chosen theory.

I have chosen Cognitive–Behavioral Approaches along with Behavior Therapy and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT)

Your paper should be 5-8 pages in length, double-spaced.  Your title page and reference sheet are not included in the number of pages in your assignment.
