I need to write an essay about the progression and influence of women over history.

I have decided to write about feminism in the French Revolution, Communist Feminism in Russia (1920s), Gender Reform in China, Islamic Feminism(1985) and Western Feminism.

a) evaluate the major changes in the way that women viewed themselves and/or were viewed by men, and b)how those changes were linked to other processes of change in the world.Your essay needs to include a discussion of women on at least three different continents.
