Research Paper , English homework help

Hey i need a research paper for my english 103 class. Its about the Gun Restriction Laws in CA. I need a valid thesis statement either opposing or approving the gun restrictions in California. I need to have reasons in my statement that later develop into body paragraphs along w ith counter arguments. The paper needs to be 10 pages and 1 bibliography page, so total of 11 pages. There need to be 5-8  sources and some citations from these sources integrated in the body paragraphs.
