For example, Amazon’s “…experiment in how far it can push white-collar workers to get them to achieve its ever-expanding ambitions.” (New York Times, August 15, 2015) as contrasted with Google’s “Culture of success and Employee Happiness.” Both companies have been extremely successful in terms of profitability and innovative business strategies and products.

Questions 1: If you founded a company that designs and sells a product or service, what factor would you consider in designing a corporate culture that promotes the business’s growth and profitability?
