NEED ASSIGNMENT DONE WITHIN 9 HOURS

The articles should be current within the last 5 years and closely relate to the PICOT statement developed earlier in this course. The articles may include quantitative research, descriptive analyses, longitudinal studies, or meta-analysis articles. A systematic review may be used to provide background information for the purpose or problem identified in the proposed capstone project. Use the “Literature Evaluation Table” resource to complete this assignment. While APA style is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and in-text citations and references should be presented using APA documentation guidelines.  Please DO NOT modify the table. It will expand as words are typed into  it.

The concept of value-based health care is best illustrated in the Triple Aim Initiative outlined by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), which emphasizes the need for health care organizations to optimize their performance by simultaneously addressing the following three aims (2018):

Improve the experience of care
Improve the health of populations
Reduce the per capita costs of health care
Task

Identify a health care organization, and answer the following questions:

Do you think this organization meets these criteria? If yes, how? If no, why not?
What recommendations would you advance to hospital administrators to enhance their health care delivery with these goals in mind?
Do not forget to cite concepts and personal experiences in your response.

research study

Please read carefully instructions. This is a master level writing. See attached the chapters of the book and article to do the  Summary of a Research Report worksheet and data analysis.

When reviewing a research study, you must have the knowledge and skills to accurately read and interpret all parts of a research study. The goal for this assignment is for you to read the entire article, and accurately identify and describe the various sections of the study report. Use the information in chapters from prior weeks as well as this week to help you accurately summarize the study.

Select one quantitative research article from this week’s Electronic Reserve Readings or an article from Appendix A-H of Resource Manual for Nursing Research.

-Complete the Summary of a Research Report worksheet. Fill out the form in its entirety and include the following details in the appropriate sections of the form:

-Identify the type of design that is used in the study.

Using Table 9.4 and Table 9.5 of Nursing Research locate the type of design described in the article.

-Compare the design description in the study to the one in the tables and determine if there is any difference between the two.

-Describe the data analysis to include specific statistical tests and the reason for selecting the specific tests for the study. If there is a test of a hypothesis, what are the results of the data analysis?

Review Box 10.1: Guidelines for Critiquing Design Elements and Study Validity in Quantitative Studies on Nursing Research.

-Develop a data analysis. If there is a test of a hypothesis, what are the results of the data analysis? Do not simply identify a few words by the author(s) referring to the major findings under discussion or conclusions.

Include a full reference for the article you selected using APA guidelines.

Click the Assignment Files tab to submit your Summary of a Research Report worksheet and your data analysis.

students integrate leadership and inquiry

Students are required to submit weekly reflective narratives throughout the course that will culminate in a final, course-long reflective journal due in Topic 10. The narratives help students integrate leadership and inquiry into current practice.  This reflection journal also allows students to outline what they have discovered about their professional practice, personal strengths and weaknesses, and additional resources that could be introduced in a given situation to influence optimal outcomes. Each week students should also explain how they met a course competency or course objective(s).  In each week’s entry, students should reflect on the personal knowledge and skills gained throughout the course. Journal entries should address one or more of the areas stated below.  In the Topic 10 graded submission, each of the areas below should be addressed as part of the summary submission.  New practice approaches Interprofessional collaboration Health care delivery and clinical systems Ethical considerations in health care Practices of culturally sensitive care Ensuring the integrity of human dignity in the care of all patients Population health concerns The role of technology in improving health care outcomes Health policy Leadership and economic models Health disparities While APA style is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and in-text citations and references should be presented using APA documentation guidelines, which can be found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.  This assignment uses a rubric. Please review the rubric prior to beginning the assignment to become familiar with the expectations for successful completion.  You are not required to submit this assignment to Turnitin
