The excerpted reading below includes the explanations and strategies aimed at doctoral students in the first two stages of doctoral education: knowledge consumption and knowledge creation. One of the methods of evidence-based practices dissemination is the making of manuals and guidelines user-friendly. Method of dissemination is educating staff on skills and principles.  Education will target the team who will undergo training Training of the staff is crucial because they are the ones who are going to implement .

I will be inclined to use the training of the staff and manuals and staff guidelines that are user-friendly strategies for dissemination.  Overcome this challenge, needs are adequate training for the staff before they are given a chance to disseminate EBP.
