Create a new organization and outline the major characteristics needed to build the organization into a top performing group. This new organization is a selection of multicultural diverse individuals located in various remote global locations. Describe all of the needed qualities to formulate a new product development team for a technically advanced defense system. List and justify what traits, leadership style, and organization requirements will be needed to function expertly. Elaborate on the type of leader needed to startup this important design group and what leadership will be needed as the group matures. Submit your assignment in the CASE FORMAT (found under the RESOURCES TAB).
Each paragraph should be written in complete sentences with attention paid to good grammar and spelling. Please double-space, use 12 point font, with one inch margins. Be sure to cite your resources and provide the references using APA format. Remember to reference all work cited or quoted by the text authors. You should be doing this often in your responses.
