To obtain and retain the best and the brightest talent in an industry, an organization should pay particular attention to its compensation practices.
With that a background, prepare a 5 slide presentation that presents the following information:
Choose an organization with which you are familiar or that you have researched.
Discuss how compensation can and cannot be used as a tool to recruit and retain the talent of an organization.
Create a compensation philosophy that you believe would be appropriate or beneficial for that organization in its attempts to retain the best talent in the industry.
Detail the principle components of a compensation plan/program that you believe would best recruit and/or retain talent in the organization.
Finally, propose how you would obtain the necessary finances/support to offer these benefits. Any human resource professional can recommend an array of benefits, but they must be paid for in some manner. Discuss the strategy you would promote to ensure the organization obtains the funds necessary to offer these benefits.
Your slide presentation must consist of 5 content slides, not counting the title and references slides, which you must include. Each slide must contain notes explaining the slide’s content.

Write a brief summary (suggested length of 2–3 pages) of the significance and background of a healthcare problem by doing the following:1. Describe a healthcare problem.

C. Describe the search strategy (suggested length of 1–2 pages) you used to conduct the literature review by doing the following:1. Identify the keywords used for the search.2. Describe the number and types of articles that were available for consideration.a. Discuss two research evidence and two non-research evidence sources that were considered (levels I–V).

D. Complete the attached “Evidence Matrix” to list five research evidence sources (levels I–III) from scholarly journal sources you locate in major medical databases.

E. Explain a recommended practice change (suggested length of 1–3 pages) that addresses the PICO question within the framework of the evidence collected and used in the attached “Evidence Matrix.”
F. Describe a process for implementing the recommendation from part E (suggested length of 2–3 pages) in which you do the following:1. Explain how you would involve three key stakeholders in the decision to implement the recommendation.2. Describe the specific barriers you may encounter in applying evidence to practice changes in the nursing practice setting.3. Identify two strategies that could be used to overcome the barriers discussed in F2.4. Identify one indicator to measure the outcome related to the recommendation.

 

Growth and Development Assessment Project Guidelines: Choose a person you know well and complete a developmental summary across the life span for this person. You can choose a person from any of the developmental stages. Determine the individual’s current stage of development: physically, cognitively, and socially and compare your findings to the developmental norms from textbooks and databases. This critique needs to be a minimum of 4 pages and a maximum of 5 pages. Be sure that you utilize various theories and apply these to the growth and development of your chosen person. Objectives:

• State which developmental tasks are met/unmet; providing evidence based on comparison of observations to theoretical description.

For this essay, select either Essay Case Option 1 (the paediatric case) or Essay Case Option 2 (the adult case). Review your chosen case and the clinical documents. Using the clinical reasoning cycle you are required to assess, plan, implement and evaluate your care for the patient. After identifying the relevant assessment data you must identify two (2) priority problems for your patient.
