Self Appraisal to use for assignment is below…please have knowledge of all 18 emotional intelligence competencies( IN THE ATTACHED PDF BELOW), as they will need to be detailed in the paper.

“Self-Assessment Review (500 points): Report student’s current skill-set (strengths and weaknesses) within the four domains and 18 competencies of emotional intelligence by analyzing your Emotional Intelligence Appraisal. (8-10 page paper of synthesized work with at least 3 references).

Students have asked for further details concerning what I am looking for. The best papers I have received in the past have used the following format:

1) The student uses the results of the online appraisal as a baseline of their current emotional intelligence. This appraisal gives you the raw results.

2) The student then takes these raw results and analyzes them against the 18 emotional intelligence competencies (see appendix B of the Primal Leadership text). For example, if the appraisal indicates that you are weak on empathy, you should be able to explain why this is true (or wrong) by giving examples.

3) It is OK to either a) go over all 18 competencies, or b) select a subset of them and go into more depth on them.
