Introduction This assignment is an individual submission for each team member. However, to complete the assignment, a high level of communication, commitment, coordination, and brainstorming is required within your team. Your team has been engaged in an engineering project with your client. Now you are at the closing/completion stage of the project. This task provides opportunities to demonstrate your knowledge on the project you have been working, your understanding of the project management principles and methods as well as your MS PROJECT skills. As an individual; and a member of a Project Team, each of you must perform one different task from each of the first three major tasks (Task 1, Task 2, and Task 3) along with Task 4 as listed in Section 3.0, and submit it as an individual report. The tasks are described in detail in the following sections. Yourteamwillmaintain a high-level communication protocols, within yourteamaswell as with project stakeholders throughout. 2.0 LearningOutcomes This assignment has been devised to allow students to demonstrate progress towards achieving the following unit learning outcomes: ? ULO2: Demonstrate familiarity with the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) framework and its impact on the Project Management discipline. ? ULO3: Demonstrate knowledge of engineering project management tools and techniques such as: Work breakdown structures (WBS), Network diagrams and Critical path analysis. ? ULO4: Explain the importance of achieving organizational value from engineering projects and managing project risks. ? ULO5: Explain the importance of the benefits management process to engineering projects and the techniques available for understanding both tangible and intangible benefits, and measuring their delivery. Students are encouraged to review all other learning outcomes to discover additional learning opportunities, which will increase the quality of their submission and results. 3.0 Tasks There are four major tasks to be completed in Assessment 3. Working individually, each member of the team will complete one different task from each of the major tasks (except 4, which has to be completed individually) so that all the four tasks would be properly addressed within a team. Tasks for each team member identified as Team member 1, Team member 2, Team member 3 and Team member 4 are mentioned below.
