This assessment Is based on a case study.This assessment is concerned with the Soft Landings approach which is a building delivery process which runs through the project, from inception to completion and beyond, to ensure all decisions made during the project are based on improving operational performance of the building and meeting the client’s expectations. This will include the handover of the building and conclusion of Building Contract and also conclude administration of Building Contract. The process will carry out activities listed in Handover Strategy including Feedback for use during the future life of the building or on future projects. Updating of Project Information will also be considered.LEARNING OUTCOMESThis assessment covers partial Learning Outcome 2 and partial Learning Outcome 3:L02. Develop critical skills and understanding necessary to operate in the multi-disciplinary real-world CPM management process by engaging with a range of complex problem-solving criteria driven case studies together with supporting resources to arrive at pragmatic solutions.L03. Assess spatial, time, financial, regulatory and a variety of physical constraints and consequences on the production process, including strategies to maximise time scales and resources with an emphasis on maximising resources and output.
