1. Briefly describe your selected clinical practice problem. Problem= Job satisfaction as it relates to quality patient care.
2. Summarize the two selected theories. Both may be middle range theories or interdisciplinary theories, or you may select one from each category. My theories are:Transformational Leadership Theory & Dynamic Leader-Follower Relationship Model Theory
3. Evaluate both theories using the evaluation criteria provided in the Learning Resources.(see upload)
4. Determine which theory is most appropriate for addressing your clinical practice problem. Most important=transformational leadership theory provides the most appropriate framework of inquiry in the selected clinical practice problem.
5. Summarize why you selected the theory.(SEE UPLOAD) 6. Using the propositions of that theory, refine your clinical / practice research question.
