Identify the nurse executive healthcare issue

NURSE EXECUTIVE ISSUE IN HEALTHCAREMarch 14, 2019 Off All,
The student will identify a nurse executive issue in healthcare which could be improved through the development of a coalition. Analyzing the definition of coalition and other theory presented, the nurse executive student will write a scholarly paper on the development of a coalition to address this issue. The paper will be no more than 6 pages excluding the title and reference pages; the Grading Rubric for Graduate Nursing Written Assignments will be used.
Criteria:
1. Introduction
2. Identify the nurse executive healthcare issue
3. Identify key stakeholders who would be critical to the success of the coalition; what would be their roles.
4. Discuss why a coalition would be effective in managing this issue; present evidence
5. Develop a strategic plan with a timeline for this coalition development; who will be involved; what resources are needed; and how can this be funded (this plan can be in Table format; follow APA guidelines for Table development in scholarly writing and place as an appendix in the paper following the procedures for same)
6. Conclusion
