parties can move out of contracts, discussion help

In any business deal I feel there should always be a way out of a contract, within reason. There does need to be clear boundaries for voiding a contract otherwise it allows someone to void a contract just because “they feel like it.”

An example of lack of capacity would be when a telemarketer calls an elderly adult, who is at the point where a caregiver is taking care of their finances, and sells them an internet plan when they don’t own a computer.

An addition to the seven grounds listed to make a contract voidable I think breach of contract should be added. If one party does not hold to the conditions of the contract the other party should be able to void the contract.
