Identify and create sensory elements of visual media communication to attract viewer attention.
Scenario
You are a member of a committee at your child’s school. The committee has been assigned the task to design a flyer for the students to take home to their parents. The purpose of the flyer is to notify parents about the upcoming Field Day for all students. They have specified that it can only be one-page in length, and they have encouraged creativity to catch the eyes of the parents.
Several parents wish to participate, so the leader of the committee creates a fun flyer competition. She asks that each person creates his/her own flyer and create a screen share to persuade the committee to choose your flyer. The screen share should visually show the flyer and include a verbal explanation regarding why your flyer will best attract the eyes of the parents.
Since you are extremely creative, you know that in order to capture the parents’ attention and win this competition, you will need to use color, lines, balance, and contrast visual elements.
In your video presentation, be sure to defend your visual choices to the other parents and members of the committee. You know that if you clearly explain why you chose each of these visual elements and how it best attracts the eyes of the parents, you could win this fun competition!
Your presentation should be a maximum of 5 minutes.
Instructions
The presentation must include a visual and an audio recording using Screencast-O-Matic®, a free audio recording software compatible with PC and MAC computers. Follow these instructions to download and use this software to create your presentation. Access the Screencast-O-Matic® homepage by clicking on the box in the upper right-hand corner titled, “Sign Up” to create your free account. Create a free account (be sure to write down the email and password created for account access.) Once logged in, click on the “Tutorials” link at the top of the homepage and view Recorder Intros. Create your presentation by clicking on the “Start Recorder” box. Once finished recording click on the “Done” button. Next, choose, “Upload to Screencast-O-Matic®”. Select “Publish”.

 For this assignment, identify an area of focus in community health within your own community.  
Using Gordon’s Functional Health Patterns framework (p. 130 in your e-text)(attached), assess the health risks in your community.
In your community assessment paper, include the following:Identify resources in your community that would enable you to complete a community assessment and submit a summary of your findings (1–2 paragraphs). Refer to Table 8-3: Examples of Community Strengths and Concerns, and assess the strengths and concerns of your community (2–3 paragraphs). Identify potential barriers to implementing community health plans in your community and brainstorm  ways of addressing these barriers (2–3 paragraphs).
Plan ahead: Next week, as Part B of this assignment, you will select one (1) identified risk from this assessment to develop a community-focused strategic plan to address that health risk.  It is recommended that you look ahead to next week’s assignment so that you can begin framing your chosen community health focus.  
Your paper should be 2–3 pages in length, not including the cover and reference pages. Use APA throughout.
You must include 2–3 sources that are APA cited and referenced in your paper. (Sources may include community resources such as flyers, brochures, interviews, news stories, and local research data from credible sources.)

Disseminating ResultsTake a minute to think about the health-promotion and disease-prevention issue you chose to focus on at the outset of this course. Now bring to mind the problem and target population you identified. The program design and evaluation planning you have engaged in throughout this course have served an important purpose—not only of furthering your own knowledge and expertise, but of contributing toward an understanding of these significant topics and furthering collective progress toward important goals. 
As a DNP-prepared nurse, you have an ethical and professional obligation to disseminate findings. This Discussion seeks to facilitate your professional growth by asking you to assess and reflect on the success of your program design, the challenges you have encountered, and the ethical considerations that may warrant additional attention. 
To prepare: How has your understanding of the      national health-promotion and disease-prevention issue and your selected      problem and target population developed over the past several weeks? How      has your perception changed, if at all? Critically evaluate the pros and cons      of the program you have designed. Based on what you have learned in this      course, as well as your professional experiences, do you think your      program would address the problem for the target population? Would the      benefits outweigh the costs? Examine the ethical implications of      the program you have designed. What questions, concerns, and/or insights      do you have? As a nurse engaged in advance      practice, which venues would be viable for disseminating the results of      your program design and evaluation? What audience would be most interested      in these findings? Identify at least one professional journal to which you      could publish the results of your program design and evaluation, as well      as at least one other venue for disseminating results.
By tomorrow Tuesday 2/5/19 8 am, write a minimum of 550 words essay in APA format with at least 3 scholarly references. Include the level 1 headers as numbered below:
Post a cohesive scholarly response that addresses the following:
1) Assess your program design and evaluation, including the ethical implications of the program you have developed.
