Providing patients and families with a dignified death is important. 
For this general discussion the focus is on end of life care. As the nation’s population ages this will become an issue for many individuals and families. 
Search the literature and discuss in depth an aspect of this topic that interests you.  “In depth” means more than just a cursory explanation of the topic so you may want to focus on a specific aspect of a general topic.
Please label your discussion post using the topic you’ve chosen to research.

Cardiovascular Medication Discussion. 
This is for a discussion post. There are TWO parts to this post
There are numerous medications to treat disorders of the cardiovascular system. Below are just four of the medication categories used to treat hypertension.
Diuretics
ACE inhibitors
Calcium Channel Blockers
Vasodilators
1.Discuss the difference between each medication.
2. Choose from one of the four categories listed above. Provide an example patient scenario (can be from your own experience as a nurse) where a patient would be treated with the class of medication you chose from the four listed above. You only need to provide one scenario, but make sure it is using a medication that correlates to one of the four classes above.
For example…
Patient A has _________ diagnosis. His baseline BP is _______. The physician would most likely prescribe this class of medication ___________ and more specifically this drug ________.
Of course, this is just an example to get you started.

The differences are parts and other bodily functions.
It can be said that the excretory system is composed of multiple coordinating body systems (circulatory, integumentary, urinary/renal, respiratory and digestive) that excretes or expels bodily fluids or wastes that can no longer be of used.
However, excretory is always associated to urinary system, that is why the two terms are almost similar.
Blood is the main medium in excretion, it follows that bloodstreams carries deoxygenated blood and waste materials that is filtered by nephrons in the kidney, for urination or voiding, and exchange of gas in the lungs, for respiration.
The blood, however, in digestion transfers/transports nutrients absorb by the villi, the excess materials which cannot be digested anymore will be egested in a form of feces. (Ingestion- mouth; digestion- stomach and small intestine; egestion- colon and anus).
The liver filters blood coming from the digestive system to detoxify chemicals and drugs. Take care of your liver!
The skin, due to accumulation of excess salts and other bodily fluids, excretes sweat through the process called perspiration. It is also a cooling technique of the body.

Write a paper (1,500-1,750 words) in which you address the following based on the information provided in the “West Coast Transit Case Study” resource.

Define the three criteria for evaluating effective team/group work (as stated in the reading this week) and analyze whether the “team” assembled by Bernie Hollis and Pete Denson is effective or not.
Provide a review of each of Tuckman’s five stages of group formation and identify what stage(s) are evident in the case. Explain your answer. 
Define Schein’s three behavioral profile roles during team entry and identify how the profiles are demonstrated in the case. Explain your answer.

The Organizational Behavior textbook describes two main types of conflict. Define them and then describe the type (s) of conflict that are evident in the case.
Propose how Denson should manage the conflict in this case using one direct conflict management and one indirect conflict management approach? Explain your response.
Identify one specific task leadership activity and one specific maintenance activity that should be encouraged. Identify the most significant disruptive behavior that should be discouraged.
Identify the most obvious individual motivational problems experienced by Jing, Mahonney, and Tanney. How should Denson motivate each person? Be sure to provide a specific motivational suggestion for each person based on that person’s motivational needs. Ensure that at you have at least one suggestions from each of the motivational theories/techniques (content theories, process theories, and reinforcement strategies).

Directions:
You are to write an ethical profile paper that recognizes the formative influence of your family, heroes, and personal style on you as an ethical professional. This paper will provide a profile of you in regards to your ethical and professional practice. You will be required to include information on who you are as an ethical professional, how this course has shaped your unique ethical decision-making style, and the areas in which you feel still need further development.
Include the following four sections in your paper:

Ethical Autobiography: First, explain how you think through and determine what is “right” and “wrong” (personally and professionally) in your own daily life. Second, identify four examples of ethical behaviors and explain how your cultural heritage has shaped your values. Third, describe the nature of the four ethical behaviors you see in yourself.
Professional/Ethical Hero: First, identify an ethical “hero,” an individual that has most impressed you and serves as your role model because of their professional/ethical presence (i.e., sensitivity, appropriate boundaries, and respect for privacy, ethical commitment, and ethical courage). Elaborate on his or her ethical characteristics. Discuss how this person can (or does) serve as a role model for others in the helping profession. Ethical Decision-Making Style: This section will articulate your implicit style in terms of ethical decision making. Although there are specific models that help facilitate ethical decision making, everyone has his or her own unique style. Taking into consideration the ethical decision-making models presented in this course, identify the style that reflects your early and ongoing experiences with moral values and issues that has been influenced and shaped by your parents, relatives, peers, and valued adults in your life, such as a teacher or coach. Use what you have written from your autobiography to supplement this discussion. In summary, explain your implicit ethical decision-making style, including how this course and your cultural heritage have served as influential factors.
Professional and Ethical Development: Ethical development is, for most, a career-long process. In the last section of your paper, please identify at least two areas discussed in this module/course where you feel you would benefit from more development. Lastly, suggest ways in which you can acquire your further development.
